Culture of Health

The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is offering two programs, one for individuals and one for teams, to help businesses master implementing a Culture of Health to improve public health and gain a competitive advantage.
By attending these programs, participants will:
- Become Culture of Health subject matter experts in their companies, able to communicate the business case for adopting a Culture of Health approach, including the value of health and well-being for their fellow employees, companies, communities and the environment.
- Understand how to position their organizations to use Culture of Health to generate ROI by helping businesses attract employees, executives, and customers, creating a competitive edge.
- Be able to engage effectively with stakeholders in implementing initiatives to introduce and expand Culture of Health strategies where employees work and live.
